I can remember when I was rookie real estate investor. I must have spent thousands of dollars(and hours) trying to find a simple system just to get started. That's why I decided to start this blog. I want to give beginners some honest direction and insight into the world of real estate.

There are many different niches that can be of interest to the novice real estate investor. It really is just a matter of whether you have funds of your own to invest and/or available credit. In my own situation, I had little of either to start my real estate empire. Therefore, I will start this course assuming that your situation is similar and we will pursue techniques to both build capital for investing and credit for leverage( it is always better to use other people's money).

I can not overstate the importance of good credit. There are many ways to get started in the real estate market with out any credit (which I will discuss later). But, it is imperative to start repairing your own credit even as you embark on some of the "no credit, no money" strategies I will show you. The reason for this is first, to increase your capability to leverage. With most residential investment properties, 10% money down is common. This means with a $10,000 line of credit, you can purchase $100,000 of property or $100,000 line can get you $1,000,000 of property!

The second reason is obvious, to increase your potential for profit. If you qualify for a mortgage interest rate of just 2% lower on a $100,000 rental property, you stand to bring in at least an extra $110/month in income(based on 10% down & a 30yr mortgage). With just these reasons you can see why it is important as a real estate investor to have good credit. So do yourself a favor, check out this company:Click Here! This is 24HRCREDIT, operated by a former manager of one of the three infamous credit bureaus.

For a one time fee of $47, they will give you all the resources necessary to repair and build your credit! Trust me, this works far better and quicker than any credit repair law firm or company.
